Commercial conditions

If you are interested in my services, please, read the following commercial conditions.

You could deliver your text for the translation by:

e-mail
fax
mail
personally

The original text could be in electronic form (e-mail), in written (forms, contracts, scripts, books, journals...), in CD and DVD (recorded in form of images, as a sound or movie), in diskette, audiocasette or videocasette).

At your request, I will prepare you a Free Estimate.

If you agree with the estimate, send me a binding order.

In case of translating 30 and more NP (NP – Norm Page = 1500 characters, approx. 260 words), we could agree in one of the following procedures:

Before I start to translate, based on the preliminary order, prepared by me, you will send/give me an advance payment of 50% of the estimated total amount. After registration of the payment on my account, I will deliver you an adecuate portion of the translated text based on a previously accorded date, the rest you will receive after full payment of invoice.
After I translate 10 NP (approx. 2600 words) I will issue you a preliminary order, which will be conditioning further translation.

All the amounts on invoices are final. I am not a VAT payer.
